TV The Punisher

I have watched the whole season here are my thoughts don't read if you don't want spoilers but I won't say much until more people have seen it.

It was a good seaon. Did have the familiar problem of dragging in the middle. Few too many conversations about the ethics of killing the villains (like every Marvel Netflix show has) and scenes that could have done with being shorter. Pilgrim was off doing his own thing for so long that I wondered if he was ever actually going to meet Frank again, but their fight was good when they finally got to it. Billy turned out to be quite a pathetic figure in the end but I suppose that's ironic and appropriate. It was nice that they let Mahoney get more invovled in the action as he's been around since the start of Daredevil. I did miss Frank and Micro's relationship a bit but it was fun seeing him as a crazy father to Amy.

ANYWAY YEAH IT WAS GOOD SEE YOU ON HULU OR WHATEVEr.

Just finished #8. I hope this is the last of the talking episodes and they get back to the bloodbath!

I love the action at the beginning of the series, then all the talking episodes kinda kill the pacing, then when they finally get back to it it feels like it's too much. I like how it ended. I hope Amy becomes a diving superhero or something. I like her.

They probably should have dealt more of the fallout to Frank thinking he killed those women. He got over it really quickly.

The marvel one shot was today, although it was more like many shots.
 
The Punisher: One Last Kill - Kind of disappointing. The first half was just the most standard "sad Frank wants to quit punishing" thing that I'm sure the Netflix show did a thousand times (or like twice.) The woman playing Ma Gnucci was good in her one talking scene and obviously it picked up once he started killing people. But would have been better if he was killing established bay guys rather than random mooks? I did laugh when the one guy threw his friend off the building at Frank and he was just like "what is this shit." Pretty stupid that he was just walking around New York in broad daylight doing Punisher stuff at the end and the AVTF don't show up or anything. So yeah, if you like watching people being killed (and who doesn't!) then you do get a bit of that, shame there wasn't more/any of a story.
