The Walking Dead season 4

Alls fair in love and war.

I was laughing when Abraham and Glen were fighting and the scientist was going ..."excuse me...excuse me?"...while zombies were coming at him. I was like wtf buddy. You are seriously too polite. I would have been like running my ass to the truck and driving away. Fuck the guns.

Decent episode. There was some great direction in Rick's scenes.

I like Mischonne time, but they keep telling us stuff we basically already know, only in ever more explicit terms. There's more to her than having a baby, surely. What keeps her going now?

The military people don't seem very professional. Why is female army babe like a bad video game version of a female army babe?

Next week Beth gets more lines, a voiceover, the whole shebang, so she's next to die, right?

Do you think? Although that seems to be what traditionally happens, they may just trick us because that will be what we are expecting.
 
Predictions: Carol starts a "thing" with Tyreese, a la a variation on the comics. It ends when he eventually figures out or is told what she did to his girlfriend.

It doesn't look good for Daryl next week. Either he or Beth is gonna die maybe. Probably him.

Terminus = not a good place. I'm guessing there will be problems. and a major setup for next year.

I can't make predictions on the three in the army truck because I kinda know the comic backstory, but I'd say a version of their storyline will take up most of next season and involve Washington and Eugene's story.

That freaky little blonde girl is gonna do some harm, and kill one of the regulars. Maybe her sister.
 
I don't think Rosita is supposed to be in the army, she's just Abrahama's girlfriend who likes wearing shorts.

Do you mean the blonde one who almost killed the baby Judith or the other sister?
 
I think the kid who almost killed Judith is gonna kill her sister. She also fucked up those rabbits, don't know if you caught it because the episode is out of order, but at one point Maggie or Beth or somebody walk over the dead log in the daytime and the rabbits are all mangled; that's before the night scene when the girl is messing with them. She's a psycho. Plus, there's a sequence in the comics involving twin boys who have some similar traits to the girls, and that ends badly. The boy characters don't exist in the tv version, they were Dale's kids or something.
 
She definitely isn't right and she would have killed the baby if carol hadn't come along. She would not have cared either. She lacks emotion.
I haven't read anything so I don't know what to expect.

I did see the talking dead episode and see a sneak peek. I know Beth and Daryl get in the trunk of a car and zombies come out to it. Only in an apocalypse would you get in a trunk of car. sheesh!
 
It's okay to read the comics and not be spoiled. They have drifted substantially away from the comic plot in the TV series and aside from some similarities in characters and themes it's like two different stories. Like comparing the 1933 Dacula to one of the later ones. But I do notice Kirkman likes to modify and adapt certain effective plot twists for tv even if he has to allow for the smaller cast of characters and some missing roleplayers. It's actually fun seeing what he keeps and what doesn't make it to TV.
 
Wow. Beth didn't die. She had some really good scenes and reverse hugged Darryl instead. Good ep. I think some would complain that the story isn't progressing, but day to day survival interests me more than *ahem* comic book villains like the Governor or whoever.

I would've kept the alcohol though.
