VKD: EI one month ban

She actually made some sense this time too. Add together all of her infractions and she would be suspended as they say and then maybe she'd be true to her word and be gone. :D

Oh yes Rheatroll......She spoke very clearly when I arrived at EI, she was leaving the board if I was allowed to stay and post. Well they didn't kick me out and there she was posting away. She is a joke! Same crap, different day.
 
So hang on... the mods supposedly sent me a PM asking me to stop swearing. well I didn't get any PM of the sort, so either they neglected to send it, or there was some technical fault.

Had I recieved such a PM warning me that if I continued to swear I would be banned, obviously I would have cut it out :roll:

But as nobody called me on my language I assumed it wasn't a big deal. And the post that (belatedly) triggered the ban was hardly a hostile use of language towards a poster. In fact neither were the previous instances cited - one was the word 'Goddamn' .I mean, come on... :roll:

I think this is grounds for appeal, right LoP? Please review my case and overturn the ban.

I suspect there was an agenda here looking for an excuse to stomp on me. :evil:
 
Heh, once again, a member gets in the ass for a staff error. By that I mean, VKD's suspension was announced by an Admin yesterday. But, he wasn't "actually" suspended that day. He is actually "suspended" for 31 days. Pretty weak, I know. But since they're all talking about "technicalities" there...
 
I've read the explanations and I *still* don't understand the justification.

So things go sometimes, I guess.
 
LOL, there really is only one justification that matters...

VKD is a TK "troublemaker" and deserved to be banned at the earliest opportunity.

What more do you need? ;)

That's a good point.

LoP, You'd better make the ban a day shorter than the full 30, as I already served an extra day.

That is unless it's lifted sooner, which it should be.

Hmm, so LoP am I going to get a 2-3 week credit on any future bans because your staff can't get their shit together any faster than that?
