The excuse is that there are kids posting over there who are the children of other members.

I wonder if they tell them to stay out of AQG.
 
Actually, I think the reason/whatever was the net nannies possibly blacklisting EI.

And what word filter? I mean, I've seen words on the profanity list get posted right out there in the open, all voweled.

The net nannie programs only block threads on ExIsle that contain offending content.

Isn't the word filter a recent addition to the board? Sometime after Darth and I were permabanned at least.

And I'll bet VKD didn't by pass any board security at all. He merley used characters that weren't recognized by the filter. That's not warnable, that's something the tech guy failed to put in the filter.
