What Happened to ...

Then that's good. They presented it at 7am. By 745 am I had " We're in good hands, but I don't know if it's easy for us to do." By afternoon, what you saw. I'm working on speed. They had one with the inventor of the Gutenberg printing press ( 1485). " As long as there are reader, people will just stick to scrolls". I would have said, Can you print a woodcut with porn on this thing? I dunno. I just think that at 7am, that would make you pee your pants.

There is only one way you can prove to me that you are eloisel. And you know what that is.

Until I receive such confirmation from you by PM I will treat you as a dual.

Ok - I don't normally PM confirming details upon demand. I did it for Seph yesterday and I'll do it for you because - you know why ... but, nobody else!

I'll PM you in a minute.

How are you doing managing your diabetes?

I've found some stuff you might like.

One is called PB2 which is powdered peanut butter and comes in regular and chocolate flavors. Yummy stuff that is low in calories, sodium, carbs, sugars, and fat and has some protein. Beats the heck out of regular peanut butter and diabetic friendly peanut butter. Tastes good too. Can be hard to find. It isn't in my local grocery but in a high end store in a neighboring city. It can also be ordered online.

Another is Julian Bakery bread - low net carbs and high protein. Lots of fiber and lots of protein. Yeah bread! It comes in wheat and cinnamon raisin. It may be an acquired taste for some but my favorite breads have always been dense wheat whole grain breads. It is hard to find this bread as it is mostly sold in health food stores and flies out of the freezer the minute it hits the store. I think it can be ordered online. It has no preservatives so it needs to be eaten quickly or stored in the freezer and thawed out in the refrigerator a few pieces at a time.

Then, Walden Farms makes all kinds of 0 calorie, 0 carbs, 0 sugar, but high in sodium products - syrups, peanut butter, salad dressings, bbq sauce, and other stuff. They are all an acquired taste but it is nice to have the bbq sauce and salad dressings. I find these at my local grocery store.

They are all a little pricey and may be hard to find, if they can be found at all, in your area.

You are now returned to your usual behavior. Play through.

good news you've got your diabetes under control, NaughtE. Now how about a current pic so we can see how far you've come?

How are you doing managing your diabetes?

Just fine, thanks. Testing my blood sugar once a day and taking my blood sugar, chloresterol, and high blood pressure medication seems to manage things just fine. Other than drinking 2% milk and eating more veggies, pasta, rice and salads I haven't really changed my diet much at all.

The diabetes is not only under control, I am no longer diabetic.

Tell you what, you send me a current photo of you - not someone else like you did last time - and I'll consider a photo exchange. However, you will need to think of something to make it interesting for me. I like things the way they are. You have pictures of me that are 8 and 30 years old, one which was taken during a particularly bad time, and that is how you think of me. What makes that excellent is I could be standing right in front of you, talking to you about some every day type thing, and you'd never know it was me.

Does it bother you that I converse with VKD because I know that is the same as conversing with Jack rather than conversing with you because I know that is the same thing as conversing with you?

If you saw two guys named Hambone and Flippy, which one would you think liked dolphins the most? I'd say Flippy, wouldn't you? You'd be wrong. It's Hambone.

Ok. I commend you then for such a feat. P.S. I haven't logged in as LC yet, but I am sure the details are there. The real E would respect my request and understand.

I trust both Seph and Onyx, and they're vouching for that account being E.

Good enough for me.

afa E's claim about Type 2 and her GBS procedure. Type 2 is from a slow degrading of insulin sensitivity from the glycemic load. Eventually the body cannot keep up and simply dumps glucose into the bloodstream (insulin resistance)

It turns out that bypass surgery dramatically reduces the amino acids circulating in the blood – in particular, a type called branched-chain amino acids, which make up 40 percent of these nutrients in our diet. That's from a study published today in Science Translational Medicine.

Somehow this drop in amino acids (the building blocks of proteins) improves the body's response to insulin. That's the main problem in type 2 diabetes – a lack of insulin sensitivity.

So, it makes sense. I did it a different way, because my Type 2 is "cured" also, I no longer spike after meals and my sugar has stayed below 120 since just before Thanksgiving. My A1C is currently 6.1 and I enjoy most foods again except processed milk and ketchup, I can even eat potatoes, pasta and bread again. Still no refined sugar (or salt) in any food though.

I did mine with diet and exercise.
