Seems to have happened countless times. He's extremely lucky no one ever made a complaint against him, but they might be thinking differently of the "he's gay so it's okay!" excuse fifteen years later..

He never said that, they seemed to be making different points about the height of actors (Gunn saying it's important to know the heights when shooting a movie, Mount saying shorter actors have to lie to get parts.)
