Who shot Lily Allen?

I hope Susie didn't shoot Lily Allen because she thought the woman was Cassie. Susie thinks EVERYBODY is Cassie. So I hope she wasn't, y'know, trying to shoot at Cassie.
 
Mick Jagger - Was said to be "angry" at Lily for the song 'Moves Like Jagger' as he thought the "moves" refered to his habit of groping grandmothers. When it was explained to him that she had nothing to do with the song, he flew into a rage and said "THAT JUST MAKES ME WANT TO SHOOT HER MORE!" Also has a gun instead of a left hand.
 
Alan Shearer - part of a wider campaign to wipe out everyone with the name Alan in a bid to get himself back on the telly. He is a bit stupid though so has already killed Alun Armstrong the actor (different spelling, unlikely to be a sports pundit) and now Lily Allen (again, not the first name BBC sports look to for opinions)
 
The Likely Lads - Whatever happened to the Likely Lads? They shot Lily Allen, that's what! It seems likely. They have "likely" in their name and everything.
 
The French Secret Service - apparently she was over indulging on being a petulant young sexy kitten and people were thinking she was French. So they killed her. Also what about Princess Di? - just putting that out there.
 
Bob Saget - What the hell else does he have to do all day? It's a wonder he doesn't shoot someone else every hour on the hour.
 
George Foreman - in a bungled effort to raise his profile and try to get the thread about his grill above this one, he foolishly forgot that he would be fingered as a suspect and his efforts would be in vain. He is now considering a "rub his tummy for extra oil" addition to bump the thread.
 
I can't help but notice that John Barrowman has been uncharacteristically quiet of late, aside from saying no (there's a first time for everything) to Scottish independence, he hasn't made a peep.

Could it have been a time traveling Aaron Burr? He already shot one man dead in a dual, he could have shot Lily Allen too.
 
Nana Visitor - Eggs mentioning Alexander Siddig made me think of her, which is very suspicious. And we never did find out who she was "visiting" anyway. Could it have been the scene of the crime after shooting Lily Allen?
