Hmmm. I sort of had that a second ago. I learned why my boss answers questions a certain way now. I was trying to be helpful to a customer and it did not work out the way I thought it would. I told her there are several places to get her car tested, but she said she wanted to come see us because she knows where we are.

Dude, we charge 10X more, but they still want us to do it for convenience.
