You know I had high hopes for the EFSA. They sounded so, um, European when I read about them. Not like our bitchass sell-out FDA.
 
Fuck cancer in rats -- Aspertame screws with your brain in ways they are still finding out.

it's actually less lethal to get Diet Coke from a fountain -- that still contains saccharin, since aspertame can't be used in that environment. But the high isn't as pure.

And this is just a single abberation in my beverage tastes. I love my Jameson, and Stoli Orahnj, and I have a 2-gallon Brita tank in the fridge so I don't clutter up landfill with plastic bottles that are "allegedly" being recycled.

It's not difficult to be better than the FDA when it comes to protecting people from greedy companies, I guess. But all in all, they all pretty much do what the big companies want them to - plus there is a tendency to find the lowest common denominator when it comes to product safety so the international trade can run as smoothly as possible.

They say drinking fluoride is good for your teeth. Makes sense. Probably washes em' quick as it goes by.

I saw both of these commercials last night and IMMEDIATELY wondered what headvoid would think of them. I'm really not very impressed by them at all, despite Gary Oldman starring in them. The blah blah blah one is annoying, and the other one doesn't make me want to search the internet for opinions. It's like reverse psychology or something? These phones are cool, but we're not going to tell you they're cool, because you're too cool for that?
