GOOD FINALE. The "Long John Silver" reveal would have been better if it hadn't been Max reading it. I hope Idelle kills her and becomes the new hooker queen.

Rogers granted Hornigold's request for a pardon, but he commissioned him to hunt down other pirates, including his former lieutenant, Teach (Blackbeard). Hornigold was to spend the next eighteen months cruising the Bahamas in pursuit of Stede Bonnet and Jack Rackham. In December 1718 Governor Rogers wrote to the Board of Trade in London commending Hornigold's efforts to remedy his reputation as a pirate by hunting his former allies.[11]

In late 1719, Hornigold's ship was caught in a hurricane somewhere between New Providence and Mexico, and was wrecked on an uncharted reef. The incident is referred to in the contemporary account A General History of the Pyrates by Captain Charles Johnson, which states, "in one of which voyages ... Captain Hornigold, another of the famous pirates, was cast away upon rocks, a great way from land, and perished, but five of his men got into a canoe and were saved."[12] The specific location of the reef remains unknown.

I loved the John/Flint scenes. I hope they don't have to become enemies for a long time, they're good together.

Anne looks cute when she's slashing people!

Are Billy and Flint finally going to have a fight because they've been building to it since season one so it would be about time.

It's sad that the goat drowned. :(

WHERE WAS IDELLE. Her name was in the closing credits but I didn't see her in the episode.

That was a good season premiere, lots of action!

Anne Bonny should wear the hat forever.
 
John Silver dies then you find out he has an older brother also known as John Silver and the last line is him saying "arr, Jim lad!"
 
He's going to be in GOT next season as Sam's brother (even though they alrady had Sam's brother in it played by a different actor.)
 
OMG. I've heard the term "keelhauling" before but never actually thought about what it means. That was a pretty horrible death for Blackbeard. How are Jack and Anne going to get out of this one?

At least that piggy guy Cassie hates died too!
