So it was typical Black Sails in that some of the speeches went on too long and lost my interest, but the acting was good and there were some cool moments. I still hate Max.

The storm scenes were really intense! After the show there was a behind the scenes thing, you guys should see if you can find it. MAYBE IT'S ON YOUTUBE... fuck, well if it is I can't find it. Maybe they'll put it up later today.

The drowning scene was disturbing.

It was good that we got a bit more of Elanor's backstory (or maybe we already knew that and I forgot.)

When are they going to let Anne Bonny be a fucking pirate? Why even have her on the show if she's just there for romance and drama face?

I loved Flint stabbing the shark too. Flint and Silver's scenes are the best.

Ben Gunn is a character from Treasure Island, which I remembered from Muppet's Treasure Island I think.

Does Mr. Scott being the kind of SLAVE ISLAND fit with what we knew before I can't remember.

I don't think we really ever knew much about Mr Scott besides him being loyal to Eleanor and her father.

ANYWAY, I loved this episode. It was not as exciting as previous ones, but I liked them moving everyone into position.

I remember there was a bit in season one where he was talking some slaves into helping Flint or something.

He was taken when he tried to protect Eleanor and put on a slave ship (or something?) and helped the slaves on the ship escape. Flint was involved in that somehow. IT'S ALL VERY FOGGY.

I liked when Vane was talking to the dying pirate.

ME TOO! I think Jack and Anne have 1/3 of it, and the new governor dude has 1/3 of it.

ALSO. WTF JACK? I guess he will be successful in whatever he's trying to do, because their story isn't finished. Maybe they will join up with Flint and Vane.
