I've been doing quite a bit of lurking lately. I keep my posts mostly confined to the beach, unless something strikes me particularly.

Mostly bright intelligent and perceptive conversations going on, with people going out of their way to be friendly or at the very least, respectful to each other. I'm not used to that at all, it's kind of shocking. Manners? Decorum? LOL

The mods are still pretty whacked the fuck out though, with hair triggers and lack of sense sometimes. But sometimes they're dead on too, so life isn't perfect.

advocate abortion and death by starvation and dehydration for the helpless;

Hmmmm, I agree with some of your points, disagree with others, and roll my eyes are the rest. But I don't venture into OT that often. I am so middle of the road that I become invisible.
 
I had to quit posting over in OT. My experience has made me skittish about even considering a liberal idea now and I used to be firmly in the middle of the road.
 
I hate partisan rhetoric and self-serving word games from both ends of the political spectrum. The way people behave in OT just pisses me off. I quit hanging out there because I don't want to start acting that way, myself, and because it always put me in a bad mood.
 
Well, that is the typical staff response. Orpheus was clearly intentionally insulting but you are the one that is mistaken and, on top of it, you had an obscenity in your post that he needed to edit. Sheesh ... and the thing is, they don't take cash so why do they do it? Because they enjoy being assholes.

Listen Wheezie, I think of it this way. Whenever I announce I'm leaving, it's because I'm just about to spam out and melt down because I'm so pissed. Ditto Comicon, I still lurk there, although Valerie's constant delicious fellatio has kept me distracted as late. She has a great cocksuckers mouth and basically loves teh cock, so I haven't been thinking very much lately of my old home.

But I still lurk there all the time. Once it's in you, it's in you.
