He was just made a mod this morning. I don't think you have that right.
 
You're right, I don't have it right. I'm just tired. I had no idea we needed a new mod for the beach -- who quit? Or is this the result of the Beach being invaded by TKers?

What are they waiting for in announcing who they've chosen for the Watchdog?
 
No-one quit. Both dan and I are on GMT, 99.9% of the posters at EI are not, hence a mod who was awake when everyone else was :)

Thanks for the clarification. I was a Mod and am now an Admin on an international board, and the mods and admins were chosen, among other things, for the time zones they were in so the board would always have someone available to keep an eye on the board and handle emergencies. I often wondered why EI didn't do the same thing.
 
I’m sure we all knew no one with close ties to TKs trolling members would be trusted anywhere near the staff forum no matter how much the staff denies it.

So opinions on Anastashia? I wouldn’t put any criticism of the choice in the AQG thread.
 
Anastashia is a good choice. I've known her from elsewhere for a few years and I like her.

Sorry, my potentially leather friend, I like you, too, and thought you'd make a good choice considering the current circumstances at EI. Even when you were aggravated with me for asking newbie questions over here, you were always polite and helpful. I may not have told you I appreciated that, but I did and I do.

Like an annoying four year old who keeps asking "why" all the time. Perhaps this is his trolling style -- either bore people to tears, or get on their one nerve until they form a lynch mob.
 
Well everyone was nice to me when I first came too, so it's all good. It's just all that crap is so fucking obvious. This shitty dual shows up out of nowhere and just starts asking pointed questions about one thing in particular. Gee, what a mystery.
