On that note, I do think they went a bit too far, as well as in the messanger/parallaxis thread.
 
I can't believe they've let it remain in the forum. It should be shuffled off to the Beach or something. It isn't AQG stuff.

Oh well, I guess they don't have you, RobL, DS, or CU to kick around any more and they need to practice taking pot shots.

Who would have ever thought *I* would become "Public Enemy #1" there. It actually boggles the mind.
 
heeheehee.. well it does, doesn't it. I have a nephew who throws them too. It all just smacks of legitimizing a thread to rake me over yet some more EI coals. Instead of derailing an actual topic to insult me, she just created a thread where the topic was all about me and my deficiencies.

It borders on, but is not quite, a personal attack against you. I wonder if the staff will let it stand or flush it?

There's some psychological point, and I'll ask Blondie about it, where you basically kill the messenger because you don't like the news. I think that's what's happening in that thread.

I'd also like to add that I'm insulted because no one mentions me over there anymore. I'll have to see about that.
 
I thought it was something specific too, although for the life of me I can't remember what it's called. I'll bet Blondie will know.

Interesting turn of events. I doubt the Staff will flush it though, it is an opportunity to let members say what they can't to me. [with the notable exception of LoP, Gode, and a few others, who know they can yell at me on msn or here]
 
I'm wondering if the mods will wake up and smell the 1a violation any time soon. Her post smacks of a personal attack and not only that, but it defnitely doesn't belong in AQG.

I don't know what I think is sadder. That she felt like she had to make that post and justified making that post to herself or that people are agreeing with her, when all she did was fall over on her back, kick her little legs in the air and scream until her face was bright red.
