Sept.24/07:
had some friends over for dinner last night - my parents are coming to visit for two days - now I have to wash dishes and sort of put piles of things out of sight so they think this a human habitat. LOLz.
Before my folks get here, am going to a poetry reading, this time bringing some of my own stuff.
We'll see if I read it....cluck cluck.

hafta meet my parents after my morning class.....
Already washed a load of dishes this AM and need to do more before they get here....to uphold the illusion that I tidy up promptly....

Parents on their way; they treated for dinner last night - Dad & I had the local bay whitefish grilled - WoW;..also gorgeous salad starters - I had a raspberry vinagret on mine -yummers.
wine list sucked tho so I had water. Pity when someone else is buying!

Got a bill for 88 quid from the people that bought my house claiming they had to arrange for a locksmith to brake in and change the locks because I hadnt dropped the keys off, - two months after I DROPPED THE FUCKING KEYS OFF!
Some stupid twat in the estate agent has lost the keys, and rather than own up to a mistake that will cost them, they have tried to say we never took them.
THis is why you never hear the expression "as nice as an estate agent"

Well I have told my solicitor the correct sequance of events, we'll just have to see how it goes from there.
I think it helps that I said if they have CCTV, they can check it and I'll be on it dropping the keys off, that would be a stupid thing to say if they had it and I really didnt drop the keys off.

28/9/2007 downloading bionic woman again, hopefully this one wont be passworded.
Tried making a saucer and bridge for the constellation class, based on some constitution class references, but the references dont match up in different views, so it went a bit wrong.
Good practice though, I know how to make the gridlines when I do get the saucer in the right shape now, and the bridge isnt as difficult as it first looks, assuming I can get some blueprints that do match up.

yesterday was a complete waste - couldn't seem to get started/finish anything. so went to library and got some books out. hate days like that.
